1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Note: In the event of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer shipping to Canada and the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
You can track your order directly through the link provided in the email or by visiting our "Track Order" page.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For Canadian Orders: No additional duties apply as we ship domestically.

For U.S. Orders: Orders under $800 USD generally do not incur import duties. However, Spirit of Life Sleep is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at info@getspiritoflife.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to resend the item.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Spirit of Life Sleep is not liable for packages stated as "Delivered" by the carrier but reported lost or stolen by the customer.
However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it:

Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers scan early).
