At Spirit of Life Sleep, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to have the best sleep possible. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.


1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We understand that trying a new sleep solution takes time. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your Anti-Snoring Mouthpiece, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue, help with fitting adjustments, or provide a refund if the product simply isn't right for you.


2. Return Eligibility & Hygiene

Due to the nature of our products (oral appliances), we generally do not accept physical returns of used items for hygiene and safety reasons. We do not resell returned mouthpieces.

  • Unopened Items: If the product is brand new, unopened, and in its original packaging, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days.

  • Opened/Used Items: Please contact our support team at info@getspiritoflife.com before returning any used items. In many cases, under our Satisfaction Guarantee, we may process your refund without requiring you to ship the used sanitary product back, to save on environmental waste and shipping costs.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@getspiritoflife.com with a photo of the issue.

  • We will send a free replacement immediately or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

  • No return shipping is required for damaged/defective items once verified.


4. How to Request a Refund

To start a refund or return request, you can contact us at info@getspiritoflife.com.

  • Please include your Order Number and the reason for the request.

  • If your return is accepted (for unopened goods), we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


5. Refunds Processing

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (or verified your claim via email). If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

  • Please remember it can take 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact our support team. If you need a replacement due to a sizing or molding issue, let us know, and we will assist you.


7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
