🔧 How does this mouth guard help reduce snoring?
This mouth guard gently advances the lower jaw forward, helping keep the airway more open during sleep. When airflow improves, mouth-based snoring noise is significantly reduced for many users.
🔥 How do I mold the mouth guard?
Place the guard in recently boiled water for about 1 minute, remove it, let it cool for 5–10 seconds, bite down firmly for about 20 seconds, then cool it in cold water for 30 seconds.
You can repeat the molding process up to3 times.
⚙️ Can I adjust the lower tray?
Yes. The lower tray can be advanced in1 mm increments up to 10 mm, allowing you to fine-tune comfort and effectiveness.
♻️ How often should I replace it?
For hygiene and performance, we recommend replacing the device every2–3 months, depending on usage habits.
🌀 Can I re-mold it if the fit isn’t perfect?
Yes. You can re-mold the guard up tothree times. Just repeat the heat-and-bite process.
😴 Is it comfortable to wear all night?
Most users adapt within the first few nights. The soft EVA material is designed for comfort, and the custom fit helps it stay securely in place.

No. This device is designed specifically formouth-based snoring. If your snoring comes from nasal blockage or a deviated septum, you may need a different solution. When unsure, please consult a specialist.

🦷 Does it help with teeth grinding (bruxism)?
It does not stop grinding, but it canreduce the negative effectsof grinding by providing a cushioning layer between the teeth.
🚫 Who should not use this product?
Do not use if you are under 18, have recent oral surgery, severe dental problems, gum disease, asthma, chronic respiratory issues, or other medical conditions without consulting a doctor first.
